What things give you energy?

My black coffee is must for me in the morning . After that I am prepared for the whole day . Yes ,LUNCH with Lots of vegies and very important millet chapati . After that I don’t need any meal . Millets give me full energy.

Millet is a gluten free whole grain. It is rich in fiber , minerals , nutrients , carbohydrates , vitamins and organic compounds .

It is also packed with essential nutrients like phosphorous , fiber , protein , potassium ,magnesium etc.

Millets have various Health benefits also . Some are –
